Feeding Guidelines

Rabbit Weight	Life Stage	Daily Feeding Amount
0 – 1.8 kg	Adult (over 1 year)	1/8 cup daily
1.8 – 3.6 kg	Adult (over 1 year)	1/4 – 1/3 cup daily
3.6 – 4.5 kg	Adult (over 1 year)	1/3 – 1/2 cup daily
4.5 kg+	Adult (over 1 year)	3/4 cup daily

Important: Always feed in addition to unlimited fresh grass hay to support digestive health and natural grazing behaviour. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.

*Feeding amounts are guidelines. If your rabbit is underweight or overweight, consult your veterinarian or Oxbow for tailored feeding recommendations.

Transitioning to a New Food

Week One: Mix 3 parts current food with 1 part new food.
Week Two: Mix 2 parts current food with 2 parts new food.
Week Three: Mix 1 part current food with 3 parts new food.
