Directions for Use

Add and mix into milk, milk replacer or water or simply sprinkle over the animal’s food.
Give as soon as possible after birth to help establish correct digestive microflora.
Use before, during and after stress situations (e.g., diet change, environmental change, transportation, surgical procedures).
Aids in the control and prevention of diarrhoea of non-specific or dietary origin.
Use during and after all antibiotic therapy to help restore gut microflora (separate from oral antibiotics per your veterinarian’s advice).
Safe for use in all animals, including those that are pregnant or lactating.

Feeding Guideline

Animal	Dosage	Duration / Notes
Dogs / Cats	2 g per day	Use during stress or for maintenance as needed.
Hamsters / Rodents	½–1 g per day	Adjust to body size and response.
Birds	5–10 g per litre of drinking water per day	Provide fresh solution daily.
Piglets / Weaners	2 g per day	For 5 days.
Calves	2 g per day	For 3 days, then 1 g per day thereafter.
Weaned Calves & Adult Cattle	4 g per day	Use during stress or for maintenance.
Lambs	1 g per day	Use during stress or for maintenance.

Composition (Active Microorganisms)

Protexin Soluble® contains live, heat- and acid-resistant organisms naturally found in the intestines of healthy animals:

Lactobacillus plantarum
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus
Enterococcus faecium

Total Viable Count: not less than 2 × 10⁸ CFU (colony forming units) per gram.

Note for diabetic patients: contains dextrose (glucose).

Safety & Usage Notes

No withdrawal periods or other restrictions on use.
May be fed continuously, or courses can be repeated at intervals to maintain good health.
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a veterinarian.

Good for tummy issues
